REACTIVE.PH exists to give the market one place where a property, and the person offering it, can both be checked.

• Every property and every member gets a permanent REACTIVE ID that can be quoted and looked up.
• Practitioners submit PRC, DHSUD and other registrations for verification, and carry a badge once confirmed.
• Listings are free to post and stay active for 90 days, and renewal is also free.
• Buyers can post what they are looking for, and matching properties are surfaced back to them.
• Questions are answered publicly by licensed practitioners, so the answers outlive the conversation.

A verification badge confirms that a document was submitted to the platform and checked. It is not a guarantee of any property, person or transaction. Confirm a practitioner with their regulator and a title with the Registry of Deeds before you transact.
